Tap Stack – Stack the Moving Blocks

Tap Stack slides a gold block left and right above a green tower. Hit Space or click to drop it—only the overlapping strip stays, becoming the next platform you must hit. Each successful stack shrinks or shifts width and raises the tower one level. Stack until overlap fails or width drops under twelve pixels.

About this game

The mover bounces between canvas edges at three pixels per frame. When the tower reaches the top, the stack resets taller with a fresh base but your score count reflects blocks stacked above the foundation. R rebuilds the base block anytime after game over.

FAQ

How do I drop a block in Tap Stack?

Press Space or click the canvas while the gold block is sliding. That freezes it onto the tower.

Why did my block get narrower?

Only the overlapping area between the falling block and the top plank remains. Overhang is trimmed away.

When is the run over?

If overlap is nearly zero or remaining width falls below about twelve pixels, you get game over.

What happens when the tower fills the screen?

The stack resets with a new base at the bottom so you can keep stacking and pushing score higher.
